Our Approach

Over 95% of our client base is within the London Market as we understand that your needs as Brokers, Companies and Managing Agents are different from other city-based institutions and we can satisfy these.
We encourage clients to tailor courses to match the individuals' requirements and company culture. We see this as an integral component to deliver highly relevant training that is immediately transferable to the delegates' workplace. |
Delivery Styles

In-order to offer clients total flexibility, 4D Training can offer many courses in a number of training styles to suit the business and delegate’s need.

Open Courses
|
Open courses can be a cost effective option when a client only has one or two delegates interested in a course. A list of our current open courses can be found on our Home page. Should the course you require not be found on the list, please contact us as these can sometimes be opened on request.

Delegate Numbers

It's false economy to overcrowd a course and unless previously agreed with us, our maximum number of delegates attending should be limited:

CPD Hours
|
Attendance of our courses awards up to 6 CPD hours on a full day course and 3 CPD hours on a half day course where a delegate considers it relevant to their professional development needs.

Course outlines are supplied when training enquiries are received.
Training needs analysis forms can be provided to enable staff within the client's organisation to be grouped to a similar level or with similar training requirements. This also enables the course to be tailored to the client's needs. |
It is envisaged that the practical case studies and project work to be used will be tailored to reflect the delegates' environment and to reinforce the delegates' knowledge. On any course tailored to a specific requirement. it is expected that the case studies will be taken from the workplace. Our own course materials are provided for reference..

We are committed to providing effective training that fully meets the objectives outlined in courses that have been tailored through discussion with our clients. To this end, every delegate is issued with an evaluation feedback form at the end of every course. The results of the forms are collated by 4D Training into an evaluation summary report and emailed to the course sponsor at no extra cost.
